General Manager Hire is an AD Hoc Committee which will research and interview candidates for the position of General Manager of the Co-op when we are in a good financial position to bring on paid staff. This committee identified the skills the Coop expects a General Manager to have, prepared a clear job description, advertises the position through appropriate media, and screens all applicants. The General Manager Hire Committee will then report back to the Board of Directors with their recommendations. Contact Allen Longendyke at robynallyn@comcast.net
